What information can subscribers to the platform see?

Subscribers to the platform can never see your personal information. 

Subscribers to the platform can only access anonymous and de-identified reports.

These reports will be used to understand general trends and gaps. Individual data only becomes valuable for these purposes when it is aggregated into large enough sets to provide reliable data. 

Reports are de-identified, principally through applying aggregation, suppression and generalisation techniques. For example, sub-categories containing limited data points are aggregated into broader categories.  

Reports will show subscribers their own organisation/activity bench-marked against:

• Industry as a whole
• Australian working age/total population where available
• Their own organisation/activity over prior years

Reports will show relevant demographic characteristics of contributors by organisational unit and role types, categorised by function & influence.  

Reporting will be available from July 2021.
