Who owns the data?

Survey contributors retain ownership of the personal information that they contribute to the platform. After completing the survey on their device, contributors are asked to provide the platform with limited permission to use their personal information. If they do not provide this permission their survey answers are not provided to the platform. 

The platform aggregates the personal information provided by survey contributors and its use of that data is restricted through the permission granted by the survey contributor and its commitments to subscribers under its subscriber agreements and platform terms of use. 

Subscribers own the de-identified reports about their own organisation or activity that they generate from the platform.
