What do I do if I'm a parent/guardian and have received a survey invitation?

This survey is for the person named in the invitation. 

If you are a parent/guardian of a child under 15 we recommend you complete the survey on their behalf or with them to ensure they have fully understood. Please use a unique email address when confirming their profile information (at the end of the survey). 

If you are a parent or guardian of a person over 15, please have that person complete the survey if they have the capacity to do so, otherwise complete on their behalf or with them to ensure they have fully understood.

We believe it is very important that young people are represented and have designed the platform to manage this appropriately. Your assistance with this is much appreciated.
