We’ve done extensive testing to make sure the platform runs smoothly on all common devices and web browsers. However we may not have envisaged every possible scenario and, like most software applications, there’s always chance of occasional glitches that we’ve not previously encountered.
Refreshing your browser page, or logging out and in again, may provide an immediate fix but please also report your experience to us if you can:
- Raise a support ticket (click on the Submit a request link above)
- Use "Technical Issues" in the subject heading
- Briefly describe what you were trying to do, including device and browser used, and what you experienced that was problematic
- Advise how you solved the problem or if you still need assistance
- Attach a screen shot if relevant (avoid including sharing any confidential information)
We're continually looking to improve our tool wherever we can and learning from your experience can be a great help.
