Production user administration

User roles

Production users can have regular or administrator rights.

Production users can:

• Register projects
• Delete projects

Productions users with administrator rights can also:

• Add new users
• Change user roles

Add a user

1. Select Admin menu > Users 
2. Click the ADD USER button
3. Complete the form and click the CREATE NEW USER button

Change User Role

When a user is added, they will not have administrator rights. To change this:

1. Select Admin menu > Users
2. Select the user from the list to display their profile
3. Select the role you want to assign
   

Re-send invite or delete user

Invites to join an organisation expire after 48hrs if not used. A button exists to resend an invite if it has expired. 

Please delete a user once their access is no longer required. As a minimum please do this when they leave your organisation.
