User roles
Production users can have regular or administrator rights.
Production users can:
- Register projects
- Delete projects
Productions users with administrator rights can also:
- Add new users
- Change user roles
- Assign projects to users
Add a user
- Select Admin menu > Users
- Click the ADD USER button
- Complete the form and click the CREATE NEW USER button
Change User Role
When a user is added, they will have administrator rights. To change this:
- Select Admin menu > Users
- Select the user from the list to display their profile
- Select the role you want to assign
Assign project to a Production User
- Select Admin menu > Users
- Select the user from the list to display their profile
- Select the Projects page
- Select projects to assign to this user
Tips
- As a user with administrator rights has access to all projects, they are 'checked' by default in the Projects tab. If you want to remove that person's access to certain projects you need to remove their administrator rights by making them a production-user.
- An existing user's email can not be changed to an email that is already registered on the system (you'll get an error message "Graph QL error - email already registered"). Add them as a new user instead.
