Provide platform access to productions

In order for producers, in-house or independent, to register projects on the platform they first need to register as a production company on the platform. 

Registering as a production company on the platform requires an access code provided by the relevant subscriber.

The platform provides the relevant codes to the initiating subscriber administrator at the time of subscription.
